We will start with building up our energy by physical training (suitable for all levels of experience) and simple grounding meditation that will help us really "arrive" at the place.

Workshop that combines work with the body, mind, and spirit. This gathering is an opportunity to pause, gain a deeper perspective, and find authenticity in everyday life.

During this part of the workshop, we will explore the yogic approach to health, mental balance, and the harmony of body and mind — through the lens of modern knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and psychology.

Academic Yoga – Practical session

In the practical part, we will focus on asanas that support balance and coordination – key elements in Taekwon-Do pattern training. We will also practice positions that improve joint mobility and muscle flexibility, making movement more fluid and reducing the risk of injury. The session will conclude with deep relaxation using the Schultz autogenic method, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and restore inner balance.

Autohypnosis – Anchoring a State of Deep Relaxation

The workshop introduces the basics of autohypnosis as an effective method of nervous system self-regulation. Participants will learn how to enter a state of deep relaxation and how to anchor it, so it can be consciously recalled later – for example, before sleep, after intense training, or in stressful situations.

Sauna session...

After an intensive day of workshops, we’ll invite participants to relax in the sauna to support the body’s natural regeneration processes. The warmth helps to loosen muscles, detoxify the body, and calm the nervous system. It’s a perfect opportunity to slow down, take a deep breath, and integrate the day’s experiences in an atmosphere of peace and relaxation.

A session with Sabum Roy Rolstad, who will expand our self-defense toolkit using techniques from Taekwon-Do, Hapkido, and BJJ, while also exploring a mental approach to dealing with life’s challenges. Through practical training and mindful reflection, we’ll learn how to respond with clarity, presence, and inner strength — both on and off the mat.
