Sabum Roy Rolstad
Sabum Roy Rolstad (VI DAN Taekwon-Do, V Dan Hapkido) from Norway is a Taekwon-Do instructor in NTN (National Taekwon-Do Norway) - an organization that is often indicated as an example to follow (in Norway Taekwon-Do ITF is the first martial art in terms of the number of trainees).
He is a co-creator of the ITF Radix Project, which gives a new look at patterns (the use of patterns movements for realistic fighting). He will lead the workshop "Chon-Ji, a complete fighting system" and share his methods to teach the values of the DO among the youngest adepts.
He has been a teacher for law enforcement for 25 years.

Campfire evening
We will end the first day with a shared evening around the campfire – sitting in a circle, unhurried, in an atmosphere of openness and mutual respect.
Saturday 6th of June
ITF Radix training combined with stress reduction techniques.
Sabum Roy will present ITF Radix techniques, and we will learn how to influence the mind – reducing stress levels through breath control and autogenic training.
Sunday 7th of June
Jumbi Spirit and Self-Defense Techniques
A session with Sabum Roy Rolstad, who will expand our self-defense toolkit using techniques from Taekwon-Do, Hapkido, and BJJ, while also exploring a mental approach to dealing with life’s challenges. Through practical training and mindful reflection, we’ll learn how to respond with clarity, presence, and inner strength — both on and off the mat.

Sabum Roy zaprezentuje techniki ITF Radix i nauczymy się wpływać na nasz umysł - obniżać poziom stresu poprzez kontrolowanie oddychania i trening autogenny.

Jumbi Spirit i techniki samoobrony
Zajęcia z Sabumem Royem Rolstadem, który poszerzy nasz warsztat samoobrony (z wykorzystaniem technik Taekwon-Do, Hapkido, BJJ) oraz podejście mentalne do życiowych wyzwań.
